Thank you for your interest. The intent of the Housing Alliance Issues Forum is to share information with others working to improve access to affordable homes for all Pennsylvanians. We invite you to comment or submit a post for consideration.

We reserve the right to remove any comment or user from our blog when it violates one or more of the terms listed below.

These terms of use are in addition to the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania Privacy Policy.

Be respectful. Do not use obscene, racist, or sexually explicit language. Personal attacks are not permitted. We reserve the right to remove comments that are abusive, hateful, or defame or insult anyone. We also reserve the right to remove comments that are off-topic or not in English.

Solicitations or advertisements are not allowed. Posts of a commercial nature designed to promote a service or product will be deleted. You may link to other informational Web sites when relevant to the discussion.

Honor all copyright laws. You must have copyright ownership of any and all material that you post on our blogs including but not limited to photos, images, and screenshots, unless you have the express permission of the copyright owner. All parties submitting materials to the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania website represent and warrant that the submission and use of such materials in connection with the Housing Alliance website will not violate any other party's proprietary rights.

Links to articles or other blogs. When relevant to the discussion, we encourage you to link to articles, Web sites, or blogs that are relevant to the issue under discussion. Do not link to commercial sites.

You acknowledge and agree that the Housing Alliance is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resource, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
