Fair Market Rents for 2013 were published on August 3rd.
Fair Market Rents, which must be published no less than annually, provide payment standards for the Housing Choice Voucher program and other HUD programs. Check out your local FMR for 2013 and see also how it is calculated when you scroll down.
Submit Comments by September 4.
