Home ›Does the State Budget Reflect Your Values?
Please join us in Harrisburg on Wednesday, March 7th to visit legislators to make sure they know that we believe homes are a Pennsylvania Value.
We will be asking them not to cut homelessness prevention, but instead maintain the safety net for the most vulnerable people and keep what works - proven, cost-effective housing programs. Constituents voters - us - talking with our elected officials is what changes hearts and minds - and votes. Please join us.
Day starts at 11a.m. and includes speaker, Ed Geiger from the Department of Community and Economic Development, who will share the latest on the state budget.
All if have to do is show up with your stories about what works in your hometown. The Housing Alliance will organize the meetings, accompany you and provide materials. Sign Up and we will send you more details.
Can’t make it to Harrisburg on March 7th? Click Here and we will work with you on LOCAL VISITS, closer to home and just as effective.
