Pfizer Inc, in conjunction with Philadelphia VIP/LawWorks and the law firm of DLA Piper is sponsoring a free video conference seminar for nonprofit organizations in the Philadelphia area.
The session will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2010. The topic will be Best Practices in Compensating Your Employees: How to comply with IRS and employment law requirements and have a competitive compensation structure.
The seminar will be held at the law offices of DLA Piper, 1650 Market Street, Suite 4900, in Center City Philadelphia. It will begin at 10:30 a.m. and run until 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be served.

The employment law framework for pay equity, performance evaluations and how to minimize the risk of discrimination claims when setting compensation.
How your organization can design a compensation structure and benefits program that will help attract and retain good employees—even in tough economic times.
This course is designed for board members, executive directors, human resource professionals, CFOs and finance directors.
