| Title : State Housing Trust Fund Bill HB60 Needs Your Help TODAY to Pass! |

 HB 60, the state housing trust fund bill, is scheduled to move today, Monday, March 8th.
Please call or email your State Representative and ask him or her to Vote YES for HB 60 and to SPEAK UP in Caucus in support of the bill.
Talking Points
1. It would establish a State Housing Trust Fund at PHFA.
2. It involves no state money at this time.
3. 38 other states have trust funds including NJ and Ohio. It will augment county trust funds, not duplicate or hurt them.
4. It would direct natonal housing trust fund dollars to PHFA.
5. Voters want it. A voter poll showed broad and deep support for the trust fund.
6. People are worried about seniors keeping their homes, young families being able to afford a place to live, HOMELESSNESS. They want leadership.
7. It will create JOBS.
